Reading and agreeing to these statements confirms the terms on which I agree to allow Youth With a Mission Oxford (“YWAM Oxford”) to use, for the purposes set out below, any photograph or video taken of me by or for YWAM Oxford and any photograph or video provided by me to YWAM Oxford.
In consideration for acceptance of my enrollment with YWAM Oxford:
1. I hereby grant YWAM Oxford permission to use in any and all of its publications as part of its marketing and promotional information, any photograph or video taken of me by or for YWAM Oxford and any photograph or video provided by me to YWAM Oxford.
2. I agree that any photograph or video used by YWAM Oxford which contains my image, with the exception of any individual photographs or videos provided by me to YWAM Oxford, remains the property of YWAM Oxford and may continue to be used in the event that I am no longer enrolled with YWAM Oxford.
3. I authorise YWAM Oxford to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any image or video taken of me by or for YWAM Oxford, or provided by me to YWAM Oxford, for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the publication of any photograph or video containing my image.
4. I agree that YWAM Oxford may store copies of any photograph or video containing my image for as long as YWAM Oxford deems necessary and may continue to use such photographs and videos after my enrolment with YWAM Oxford has ended.
5. I agree that I have read and understand the above photo and video release and confirm that I have the legal right to sign.
