Lecture phase Refund policy

Up to the 5th week of the Lecture phase a refund will be given in proportion to the number of weeks that the student is here. After the 5th week there are no refunds for the Lecture phase. Transaction Fees are non-refundable.

Outreach Phase Refund Policy

A refund will be given at the discretion of YWAM Oxford leadership, taking into consideration team’s previous financial commitments and cancellation costs, etc.

 

ENDURANCE REFUND POLICY

A refund may be given at the discretion of the YWAM Oxford leadership, taking into account any special circumstances that may arise on a case by case basis. There are no refunds once the course has commenced.
